Bryan Franklin is a graduate of Control Data Institute and began his technology career in 1984. He has traveled the globe as a Field Engineer and is a former General Electric Technology Liaison.  His more than 25 years experience in the technology sector and extensive travel around the globe has given him a unique perspective on technology and justifies his title as our virtual Chief Technology Officer. Bryan proudly serves on the advisory council of the California African American Political & Economic Institute at the California State University Dominguez Hills and other advisory boards with focus on leading edge technology and cooperative economic strategies using the internet as the catalyst.

Bryan Jones Reverend, co-founder and Executive Director of the H.O.O.P Foundation is a revered public speaker, teacher and proud mentor to a community of our youth population. Bryan is the father of four children, Ashante, Bryea, Darion, and Heaven Called Brynn to be with Him in March 2008. As a visionary for social change and responsibility, his level of commitment of public outreach is driven by his own personal experiences. Keeping the mind set of each one teach one, Bryan has focused on ministering not only at New Mount Pleasant M. B. C. Inglewood CA, but his employment and within the local community by teaching life skills & financial literacy classes, mentoring, tutoring and ministering to reach at risk youth. These teachings provide and promote a holistic purpose driven life to warrant higher achievements in education, self-respect and discipline. His level of selflessness allows him to hone in on unaddressed issues and challenges within our community. To fully execute his mission to provide a traditional multi-level approach that focuses on academic achievement, test preparation, health and wellness related issues, job sustainability, computer training, competitive athletics, media development, parenting skills and holistic cultural activities to urban youth and their families. Bryan realizes the importance of tapping into not only internal resources but expands his efforts beyond his own organization. Through social networking with other organizations focused on making a societal change for our cultural climate, his efforts will result in great accomplishments. Bryan brings more than 10 years of youth ministry and counseling experience to the table. A graduate of the University of Southern California, “Passing the Mantel”, Clergy and Lay Leaders Institute, 2007. Currently Bryan is the Director of Transitional Programs at Filipino American Services Group, Inc.’s Park View House. He attends the University of Southern California, Clergy and Lay Leaders Institute, Institute for Violence Prevention, on pace to complete Module III in June 2010. He continues his active ministry since June, 2000 at New Mount Pleasant MBC, in Inglewood, California.

Cindy Irvin

Dannete Wilkerson is a Los Angeles native and is the owner and operator of KinderDance®, International which provides training in gymnastics, cheer, dance and tap for youth.  Her expertise in the field of youth activities lends itself to the production of local gymnastics and cheerleading competitions and other fun-filled extra-curricular activities for high schools, parks, youth and recreation centers.  In addition to youth training and development, Dannete is the Producer of Major Events for the Los Angeles Urban League and Director of Production for Runway Rhythm which books events showcasing prominent talent of the fashion world for traveling runway productions.  She also manages and directs all types of stages and events such as seminars, fashion shows, workshops, stage plays, video productions and other such engagements working alongside such production teams as Nature Boy Productions, Brother Steve Productions, Relevant Content & Media, and Forum Enterprises. Providing heroic levels of customer service and organizational leadership, Dannete works closely with corporations and non profit organizations to assess strategic plans that result in highly valued, productive programs and events.

Darius Farrelly was raised in Brooklyn and trained Nationwide. He has over 15 years of experience in various facets of the entertainment industry. He has been employed as a professional disc jockey; music & television producer; recording artist manager; and producer for many private industry events. He has gained national acclaim for delivering quality work, high profile product placement, and providing creative expertise by acting as a liason between the youth and Corporate America. Mr. Farrelly's work has been featured in many national publications, captured on film and seen on stages around the country. Through personal interaction & observation and a genuine interest in his clients & consumers, Mr. Farrelly formed and maintained great relationships that would allow him to propel his endeavors throughout the urban and general markets.

Eric Coleman

Lester L. Jones has been the Executive Director of the Watts/Willowbrook Boys & Girls Club (WWBGC) since January, 2003.  He is responsible for achieving quality youth development outcomes and producing desirable results.  His expertise is aligning business strategies and effective communication that maximize organizational capabilities and competencies.  He branding strategy of integrating technology, continuous quality improvement, and capacity building has enabled WWBGC to be successful in attracting partnerships, resources, and Board members.
Les’ prior experience consists of over 25 years progressive Human Resources management and executive assignments where he developed business strategies involving advanced information systems integrated with innovative human capital programs.
Les held executive positions in the High Tech Distribution Industry as Chief Personnel Officer at eConnections for two years and Vice President of Human Resources at Marshall Industries for 10 years.  Prior to Marshall he spent five years in the Air Cargo industry holding management positions as Regional Manager of Personnel Services at Federal Express; and Head of Employment, Travel Services, and Health Services at Flying Tigers respectively.  Prior to Flying Tigers he held progressive management positions in the Financial Industry sector – Training Officer and Assistant Vice President for Security Pacific Bank; and five years as Director, Human Resources for Barclays Bank. Les has a BS in Business Management and has received Human Resources degrees from UCLA in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations.  He has served on numerous Boards most notably Visiting Nurses of Los Angeles, Los Angeles Southwest College Foundation, Ladera Little League, as well as member of the South El Monte Kiwanis.

Linda Collins has worked with youth for the past 12 years.  “My goal is to expose our children to everything the world has to offer and make them realize they can do anything.” She worked for the LA Bridges program for 7 years and attended Cal State L.A. Gang Intervention Program and is a Gang Intervention Specialist as well as a graduate of the Coro Foundation Management Program which created The Hyde Park Neighborhood Council.    Linda was instrumental in developing the L.A. Bridges reporting services and training others on the system.  She was chairperson for the L.A. Bridges Peace March 2 years in a row and honored by the City Council for her work.   She is currently a manager of 4 after school programs.
